Flat Slicer

This Flat Slicer is part of our Three Piece Italian Grating and Slicing Set (39A03.10). Made by a small family business northwest of Milan. The workshop is just a few miles from Lago d’ Orta, a picturesque medieval town in the Italian lake district. The handles are made of cherry wood insets which give them a distinctive and comfortable feel. This slicer excels at  slicing, julienne, and mandolin.
