Vintage Butcher Knife 14 cms.

This knife has steel blades and dyed black European beech wood scales and features a broad, ergonomic handle, and three brass pins.  This style knife is common in butcher shops in France.  The curve at the bolster-end of the Filet Knife keeps the 6"" blade thin and flexible for fileting meat or fish away from the bone. 11"" long overall.  This is a gorgeous, historical knife from Theirs, France. Because this is vintage, quantities are limited. Hand wash and dry only.
