Butcher Sticking Knife (9-3/4")

These three “couteaux de boucher” (butcher’s knives) were found recently among a trove of vintage knives in Thiers, France. Each knife features three Brass pins and a European blackwood handle. The broad-handled “Sticking Knife” has served French butchers for generations. The medium-stiff stainless-steel blades can handle large cutting jobs, while the tapered tip allows for precision tasks like boning. Hand wash only and wipe dry immediately. Quantities are limited.
